Frequently asked questions
How do I edit a PDF online?
Choose your PDF, pick a tool (Text, Image, White-out, Highlight or Signature), then click on the page where you want it. Drag to move, use the corner to resize, then tap Save PDF.
Can I change the existing text in a PDF?
Not directly. Cover the old text with White-out, then type the new text on top with Text. In the saved PDF it looks as if the text was replaced.
Is my PDF uploaded when I edit it?
No. Editing happens in your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device.
Can I add a picture or logo to a PDF?
Yes. Pick Image, click where it should go and choose a picture from your device. You can move and resize it before saving.
Will the text I add be searchable?
For languages written in Latin letters, yes: it's added as real PDF text. Text in scripts like Hindi, Arabic or Chinese is added as a sharp image, so it looks right everywhere but can't be searched.
Can I edit a PDF on my phone?
Yes. Tap a tool, then tap the page. It works in any modern browser on Android and iPhone.
