How do I add page numbers to a PDF?
Choose your PDF, pick where the numbers go and how they look, then tap Add page numbers. The preview shows the result before you save.
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. In Pages to number, type 2- to start on the second page. Use First number to choose which number appears first, for example 1.
Can I write "Page 1 of 10"?
Yes. Choose that format and the total is worked out for you. You can also use plain numbers, 1 / 10 or - 1 -.
Does it work with rotated or landscape pages?
Yes. Each number is placed the right way up on every page, whether it's portrait, landscape or rotated.
Can I number only some pages?
Yes. Type the pages you want, like 3-10 or 1-5, 8. Other pages are left exactly as they were.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The numbers are added in your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device.
