Private: your files never leave your device.

or drop them here: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP and more

The pixels stay exactly the same: only the stored resolution changes, so there's no quality loss. JPG, PNG, TIFF and BMP keep their format.

    How it works

    1. Choose your files.
    2. Adjust the settings if you like.
    3. Download the result, or send it to another device with BroAllDone.

    Frequently asked questions

How do I change an image to 300 DPI?

Open the image, choose 300 and download it. JPG, PNG, TIFF and BMP files keep their format and every pixel: only the stored resolution changes.

Does changing the DPI lower the quality?

No. In Change DPI only, the picture isn't re-saved at all, so nothing is lost. Only Resize for print changes the pixels.

What's the difference between DPI and pixels?

Pixels are the picture's size. DPI says how many of them go into an inch when printed, so it decides the print size: 3000 pixels at 300 DPI print 10 inches (25.4 cm) wide.

How do I make a photo print at a certain size?

Choose Resize for print, the DPI and the width or height in cm, mm or inches. Each image is resized to fit, keeping its proportions.

Why does my PNG say 299.99 DPI in some apps?

PNG stores resolution in dots per metre, so 300 DPI becomes 11,811 per metre. Some apps show it with decimals; it prints exactly the same.

    Are my images uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser, so your images never leave your device.
