Frequently asked questions
How do I crop a PDF?
Open the PDF and drag the corners of the box on the preview, or type the margins in millimetres. Then press Crop PDF.
Can it remove white margins automatically?
Yes. Choose Trim white margins and every page is cut down to its content, keeping as much space around it as you like.
Can I crop only some pages?
Yes. Type the pages in Pages to crop, like 1-3, 5. The other pages stay as they are.
Will my pages all end up the same size?
With Trim white margins each page fits its own content. Tick Use one crop for all pages to keep them the same size.
Does cropping lower the quality?
No. The pages aren't redrawn: text and images stay sharp, and only the visible area changes in every viewer and printer.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Cropping happens in your browser, so your file never leaves your device.
