Frequently asked questions

How do I convert an HTML file to PDF?

Choose your .html or .htm file and tap Convert to PDF. The PDF downloads as soon as it's ready.

Can I convert a web page from its address (URL)?

Not directly. Save the page first (Ctrl+S or “Save page as” in your browser), then choose the saved HTML file. For a quick copy of a page you're viewing, your browser's Print → Save as PDF also works.

Why are some pictures missing?

For your safety, Bridge doesn't fetch anything from the internet while converting, so pictures and styles linked from other websites aren't included. Pictures stored inside the file are kept.

Does JavaScript run?

No. Scripts are removed before converting, so content that only appears through JavaScript won't be in the PDF.

Is my file safe?

Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, converted and deleted right away.

Is HTML to PDF free?

Yes. It's free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
