    Frequently asked questions

How do I convert TIFF to JPG?

Choose your TIFF files, pick JPG or PNG, and download the results one by one or all together as a ZIP.

What happens with multi-page TIFF files?

Every page is saved as its own image, numbered in order, so a 10-page scan gives you 10 pictures.

Should I choose JPG or PNG?

JPG is best for photos. For scanned documents and black-and-white pages, PNG gives smaller and sharper files.

Does it work with scanned and fax TIFF files?

Yes. Black-and-white scans and fax files (CCITT Group 3 and 4) work, as well as LZW, Deflate, PackBits and JPEG-compressed TIFFs, in colour, greyscale and CMYK.

Why can't my browser open TIFF files?

Most browsers, including Chrome, Edge and Firefox, can't display TIFF. This tool reads the file itself, so it works in any modern browser.

    Are my files uploaded?

No. Your TIFF files are converted in your browser and never leave your device.
