Frequently asked questions

How do I delete blank pages from a PDF?

Choose your PDF. Every page is checked, empty ones are crossed out, and you tap Remove blank pages to save the PDF without them.

How does it know a page is blank?

It looks at how much of each page is covered by ink, ignoring the paper colour and the edges where scanners leave shadows.

What if it marks a page I want to keep?

Click that page to keep it, or click any other page to remove it too. Nothing is deleted until you save.

Which setting should I choose?

Nearly empty suits most scans: it removes empty backs with a few specks or just a page number. Choose Completely empty pages only to be careful, or Very little content to also remove pages with a line or two.

Does it work with scanned documents?

Yes. Cream or grey paper, specks and faint show-through are handled, so the blank backs of double-sided scans are found.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are checked and removed in your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device.
